Purpose
The AEHIA Application Team Excellence recognizes high performing application support teams in the field of healthcare.
Eligibility
Award Recipient must be a current AEHIA member serving in an organizational leadership role. Recipient may not be a sitting board member or judge. Teams may include software/IT support, informatics (e.g. adoption/deployment), and training teams.
Submission Requirements:
- Team members information (demographics, contact, organizational overview, etc.)
- Letter of Nomination (not to exceed 2 pages) using criteria below.
Criteria
The nomination should demonstrate the team efforts and measurable success in improving outcomes, time to market, customer satisfaction, process improvement, or collaboration strategies. Emphasis on how improvements in teamwork engagement and structure resulted in positive outcomes for the organization.
