Purpose

The AEHIA Leadership in Action Award recognizes lifetime achievement and contributions by senior IT application leaders in the field of healthcare.

Eligibility

Award Recipient must be a current AEHIA member serving in an organizational leadership role. Recipient may not be a sitting board member or awards judge. This award is a lifetime award and can include career achievements up to May 31.

Submission Requirements:

  1. Individual information (demographics, contact, organizational overview, etc.)
  2. Resume/Curriculum Vitae
  3. Letter of Nomination (not to exceed 2 pages) using criteria below.

Criteria

Recipient’s nomination should demonstrate candidate’s achievement and measurable impact in: organizational leadership (e.g. projects, organizational initiatives, etc.), contributions to value-based outcomes for the organization, and educational or professional mentorship activities.
